Services
EnergyCareer offers professional consultation and coaching services designed to support career progression in energy industries.
Service Refunds and Schedule Transfers
If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To submit a request, contact us via our support form with your order details. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days. You may also opt to transfer your session to another date, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Transfer requests beyond 6 months from the original date may not be honored.
Certain premium sessions are non-refundable due to dedicated scheduling and preparation efforts. This policy is disclosed before checkout to ensure transparency. If you cannot attend, you may nominate another participant in your place, subject to prior approval.
Digital Products
Our digital offerings include guides, webinars, and online courses.
Digital Product Refund Policy
Due to the immediate delivery format, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of access. After 7 days, purchases are final. If you encounter technical issues, we will provide access support or offer credit toward another digital product, valid for 90 days.
Physical Goods
We supply printed materials and branded merchandise.
Goods Refund and Replacement Policy
You may send back physical goods within 30 days of receipt if they remain in original condition. To initiate, complete our support form with your purchase information. For defective items, we will cover shipping costs for the replacement or refund. Processing may take up to 15 business days after we receive the items you sent back. Replacement items are shipped within 5 business days of approval.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, EnergyCareer and its affiliates are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or special losses arising from use of the Platform or services.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is owned or licensed by EnergyCareer. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for policy violations or inactivity.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
